YOUTH COUNSELOR(Qualification Standards) A minimum of a high school diploma, or its equivalent, with some college level education preferred. Experience or study in the field of human services of the behavioral sciences or experience working with a relevant population highly favorable. Must possess a valid VA Driver?s license. |
